Big congratulations are in order for long-time Coalition Music Management artist Simple Plan as this past weekend in Cannes, France, they took away the NRJ Award in the category “Groupe/Duo Francophone de L’Annee”!! Simple Plan vocalist Pierre Bouvier, bassist David Desrosiers and fellow Quebecoise singer Marie-Mai were on hand to accept the award for their duet “Jet Lag” from the band’s most recent album Get Your Heart On!. Simple Plan’s award, in addition to Justin Nozuka’s 2011 win with “Heartless (Le Promesse)” Ft. Zhao, is also a milestone for Coalition Music marking a 2-for-2 winning streak for our artists in the same category.
